There is a multitude of information on the web for search engine optimization, website design, PPC managment and conversion rate optimization.  I try to keep up on the latest and greatest information that is available.  Below are several different blogs that I utilize to keep up with the vast volume of information and the changes in the online technology world.  This list is for everyone and I'm more than willing to add to it if anyone has suggestions, but I use it as a reference because my memory is terrible.  :-)

Search Engine Optimization:

  • Blumenthals:  Mike Blumenthal is highly knowledgable regarding Local SEO and Google Places.  Another thing I appreciate is he isn't verbose.  The guy is straight to the point and that is really nice when trying to gather high quality information quickly.
  • Moz:  These guys are the big 800 pound gorilla in the room.  They have an absolute plethora of information from the basics of SEO to the highly technical.  The articles are always quality and the comment section can also provide good information as well.
  • David Mihm:  This guy helped to co create Moz's Local platform, but he has been on the local SEO scene for a long time.  He writes an annual survey of Google Search Ranking Factors and it is truly outstanding.
